About The Melrose System

Welcome to Melrose Fairies! We are the Melrose System. A 'system' is when multiple beings share a body, which can be caused by many different reasons, but for us, we have DID (dissociative identity disorder), which is caused by childhood trauma.

My name is Phoenix (this is the name I use online, not my real name), and I'm the host of the Melrose System, which means that I'm usually the person in control of the body. For as long as I can remember, there have been other beings in the body, and I've always felt 'different' somehow. As a child, I was obsessed with fairies, and I felt like maybe I was secretly a fairy, and that was why humans didn't understand me. I also believed that there must be more to life, and that magic must be real.

When I got older, I discovered the otherkin community and then discovered that there was a such thing as fairykin, which explained how I'd always felt.

I identify as a fairy, but I'm aware that the body is human, and my identity doesn't affect my life negatively; it's just a part of who I am.

In the Melrose System, there are 4 fairies, so here is some information about us!

Phoenix:

I'm an age slider, which means that my age feels fluid. I'm an adult, but sometimes I feel like a kid or a teenager. Outside of being a fairy, I like music, creative writing, watching anime, witchcraft, and alternative fashion (mostly emo and kawaii, but I'm looking into fairycore too).

Rose:

Hi, I'm Rose! I'm 9 years old. I like creative writing, watching cartoons, playing computer games, and exploring new places.

Musa:

Hey, I'm Musa! I'm 18 years old. I'm a fictive from the cartoon 'Winx Club', which means that I formed in the system with memories from the show. I was born in a different realm called The Harmonic Nebula, and I also spent time learning fairy magic in a realm called Magix, but now I'm getting used to living on Earth in a human body. When I had fairy powers, I had the power of Music. I love music, playing instruments, singing, and dancing!

Mirta:

Hi, I'm Mirta! I'm 16 years old. I'm also a fictive from Winx Club. I'm part fairy, part witch, and I used to have the power of Illusions. I like practicing witchcraft as a way to still do magic on Earth, and I like wearing emo/gothic fashion.
